In this online era, online media have become a platform that is used as a reference for today's society to simply seek information or look for the latest news that is happening around them or even in the world. The media has a living framework in reporting on vaccination programs for people with disabilities, namelyare media portals Tirto.id and Detik.com. This study aims to find out how Tirto.id and Detik.com frame the coverage of the vaccination program for people with disabilities, using the Robert N. Entman frame model through selecting issues and highlighting aspects. This study uses a constructivism paradigm and qualitative methods. The results of the research in selecting problems, Tirto.id and Detik.com have their own frames in reporting news on vaccinations for people with disabilities in handling Covid-19, which can be seen from the selection of issues and highlighting aspects and the belief that everything is done without being based on definite media knowledge. Selection of issues, based on the results of the overall analysis, Detik.com and Tirto.id tend to report the problem of handling the Covid-19 vaccine that was circulating as a community experiment during a pandemic. Judging from how the deviations in the reporting on the handling of Covid-19 for disabilities are ambiguous and very easy to disseminate, the selection of these issues can show the perspective of media experts or world health organizations in handling Covid-19 vaccinations.
