This research aims to analyze the influence of digital transformation on MSME operational outcomes, specifically investigating the effects of integrating E-Commerce and QRIS on MSME sales metrics in West Java via competitive enhancements. Additionally, the research assesses the prospects of MSMEs within the modern digital landscape. It offers strategic advice derived from the findings to facilitate the expansion of MSMEs nationwide. To achieve these objectives, the study employs a quantitative analysis method. The quantitative component focuses on a statistical analysis of the e-commerce and QRIS utilization among West Java MSMEs, MSME's sales performance, and MSMEs' competitive advantages in digitally active MSMEs. The current research employed a non-probability sampling technique to gather information from 400 proprietors engaged with MSMEs located in West Java. Information was amassed using a survey approach within a natural environment. For data analysis, this research utilized SPSS version 29 to conduct various analytical procedures, such as validity, reliability, descriptive evaluations, and tests for three classical assumptions: normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Hypothesis testing was executed utilizing a t-test, path analysis, and a Sobel test within the scope of this study. The research underscores the observation that MSMEs, upon integrating digital technologies effectively, exhibit enhanced business performance characterized by augmented sales, a broader customer base, and heightened operational efficiency. Furthermore, the study substantiates the mediating function of competitive advantage, which exerts a significant and positive impact on the sales growth of MSMEs. The findings reveal a partial mediation effect, specifically in complementary mediation.
