This research introduces the concept of a zine intended to increase public understanding of the various effects of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of art. This research explores the creative, ethical, and social effects of AI in the said field through the medium of a zine, a self-published that has historically served as a forum for alternative voices, to examine the artistic, ethical, and social effects of AI in art. The zine plays out as an approachable and engaging resource to inform and provoke discussion regarding the possibilities for change and obstacles of artificial intelligence in artistic practices among artists, art fans, and the general public. It includes views from critics, technologists, and artists that discuss how AI is changing the definition of art itself as well as creativity and originality. Moreover, this research explores more specifically into the impact of AI generated art to small art community. The zine provides informed exchanges about the state of art in the era of artificial intelligence by combining articles, data gathered from questionnaires, content analysis and visual art components. Zine book has the potential to be an effective medium to raise awareness and inspire people that human-made art should still, and always, be more appreciated.
