Abstract. Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH), is one of the leading telecommunications service and network providers in Indonesia. Established in 1967 as a pioneer in the telecommunications industry, Indosat underwent a business merger in 2022 with PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia. Following this merger, the company was rebranded as Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH). This study aims to examine cross-cultural mergers, employee motivation, and employee performance within Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison. Additionally, it seeks to analyze the significance of the impact that cross-cultural mergers and employee motivation have on employee performance at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison. The research used a quantitative method to analyze the data systematically. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 3 and SPSS 27 to present the research findings. The data collection method involved distributing questionnaires. This study utilized a Likert scale with a total of 49 research questions. The population consisted of permanent employees at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, totaling 2,700 individuals. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, with the sample size determined using Slovin's formula, resulting in 349 respondents. The research findings indicate a significant positive partial effect of cross-cultural mergers on employee performance and employee motivation on employee performance, as well as a simultaneous effect of cross-cultural mergers and employee motivation on employee performance.
