ABSTRAKSI: Dewasa ini perkembangan teknologi sudah semakin pesat dan kebutuhan akan sebuah produk semakin tinggi. Produk yang bermunculan juga semakin beraneka ragam, sehingga konsumen seringkali kesulitan dalam menentukan produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah recommender system yang dapat membantu pengguna dalam menentukan pilihan.
Recommender systemmerupakan suatu sistem yang mampu memberikan suatu rekomendasi kepada user terhadap item yang mungkin akan dipilih, berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh dari pengguna. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan untuk membuat recommender system adalah Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process. Metode ini dapat memecahkan suatu masalah yang kompleks dan tidak terstruktur ke dalam beberapa susunan komponen yang hierarki, subjektif, relatif dan memiliki prioritas yang paling tinggi untuk mempengaruhi hasil dalam masalah tersebut.
Setelah dilakukan analisis, didapatkan hasil akurasi sistem berdasarkan penilaian pakar sebesar 83.57% dan dengan ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil akurasi sistem sudah baik. Kemudian untuk hasil akurasi berdasarkan pengguna yang diuji dengan Mean Opinion Score, didapatkan hasil sebesar 1.4918 yang menunjukkan bahwa hasil rekomendasi yang diberikan oleh sistem sudah baik.

The products are also increasingly diverse sprung, so consumers often have difficulty in determining the products that fit their needs. Therefore it takes a recommender system that can help users in making choices.
Recommender system is a system that is able to provide a recommendation to the user to items that may be selected, based on information obtained from the user. In this study, the method used to make the recommender system is the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process. This method can solve a complex problem and not structured into several hierarchical arrangement of components, subjective, relative and has the highest priority to influence the outcome of the matter.
After analysis, the accuracy of the results obtained by assessment expert system for 83.57% and the result shows that the system has good accuracy. Then for the accuracy of the results based on the users who tested the Mean Opinion Score, the results obtained by 1.4918 which indicates that the results of recommendations provided by the system is good.KEYWORD: recommender system, complex products, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, mean opinion score, chi-square
