ABSTRAKSI: Saat ini kebutuhan akan layanan telekomunikasi sudah sangat berkembang. Layanan sistem informasi di perguruan tinggi sudah cukup baik. Namun, sistem informasi khususnya di informasi jadwal perkuliahan di IT Telkom tidak cukup efektif. Dosen atau mahasiswa sedikit kesulitan mendapatkan informasi mengenai jadwal perkuliahan dikarenakan baru ada website atau informasi yang ditempel di tempat-tempat tertentu. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sistem informasi jadwal perkuliahan alternatif yang otomatis dan lebih efektif.
Inti dari Proyek Akhir ini adalah membangun suatu informasi jadwal perkuliahan terbaru yaitu dengan pengaksesan IVR (Interactive Voice Response) dan SMS Gateway. IVR adalah suatu aplikasi dari trixbox yang dapat mendeteksi frekuensi sinyal angka pada telepon menghubungkan telepon pengguna dengan sistem informasi secara otomatis hanya dengan menekan nomor-nomor tertentu yang telah disediakan. Penelpon pengguna dipandu oleh suara (operator) sehingga dapat mengakses informasi jadwal perkuliahan dengan mudah. Sedangkan untuk aplikasi SMS Gateway pengguna cukup hanya mengirimkan sms ke server dan secara otomatis akan mendapatkan sms yang berisikan informasi yang dibutuhkan dari server. Adapun media yang digunakan untuk menginput jadwal perkuliahan dalam aplikasi SMS Gateway ini adalah website.
Dengan melihat hasil pengujian subjektif yaitu dengan hasil rata-rata 7,5 yang berarti baik, aplikasi membantu mahasiswa atau dosen untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang jadwal perkualiahan.Kata Kunci : IVR (Interactive Voice Response), SMS Gateway, Sistem Informasi, websiteABSTRACT: At present the need for telommunication services has been highly developed. The essence of this Final Projecy is to build a new lecture schedule information by accessing the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and SMS Gateway. IVR is an application of Trixbox which can detect the signal frequency of phone numbers on the phone to connect users with the information system automaticallu just by pressing certain numbers that have been provided. Callers are guided by voice users (operators) so it can access the lecture schedule information with ease. As for application of SMS Gateway users can simply just sending an sms to the server and automatically will receive sms containing the information required from the server. The media used by admin to input the lecture schedule in SMS Gateway is a website.
By looking at the subjective test results with an average result is 7.5 which means the good, the application helps students or lectures to obtain information about the schedule of lectures.Keyword: IVR (Interactive Voice Response), SMS Gateway, Information System, website
