Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are important business groups in Indonesia. Furthermore, the benefits of this business group are resistant to various monetary developments. The MSMEs group, which is comprised of numerous meetings, must then be strengthened. However, many are still constrained by the system used, and the system is not integrated with between divisions, interfering with the performance of the business actor and requiring enormous costs to increase. As a result, a system that can support the performance of business actors with low-cost capital is required. The shared service system is one solution that can be used to assist MSMEs entrepreneurs in Indonesia with their technological needs. By basing the system on the website of the business actor, it is possible to integrate the entire process in the MSMEs and make the right decisions, particularly in the field of storing product. In order to create a website, researchers employ the Agile development method and the Laravel framework. Unified Modelling Language is used by researchers to illustrate user needs (UML). Application testing is done using Black Box testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The development of a website-based shared service application will centre on inventory modules for the management of finished goods and raw materials. With ready-to-use features such as product management, goods, product outs, product returns, expired products, report orders, and soft file-shaped reports. This application's development is expected to benefit MSMEs entrepreneurs, particularly in the inventory field, which regulates goods data.
