In the contemporary milieu of incessant technological evolution, organizations, particularly educational foundations, confront the imperative of adapting to dynamic digital landscapes to ensure competitiveness and efficacy in their operations. This research scrutinizes the intricacies of Enterprise Architecture (EA) design within an educational foundation, with a focal point on the Shared Service Department. Employing the TOGAF ADM 9.2 framework, the study endeavors to address the foundation's pressing need to attain IT Cybersecurity Maturity as an integral facet of its overarching Digital Transformation endeavor. A meticulous analysis of the foundation's operational terrain reveals notable challenges impeding optimal performance. These challenges encompass deficiencies in business process mapping, documentation protocols, human resource management, and information system organization. Such impediments underscore the exigency for a systematic approach to IT governance and architecture, aimed at aligning technological strategies with organizational objectives and bolstering overall operational efficiency. The culmination of the research manifests in the formulation of a bespoke EA blueprint meticulously tailored to the specific requisites and aspirations of the educational foundation. Encompassing domains such as Business Process, Data and Information, and Application, the proposed architecture blueprint assumes the mantle of a strategic guidepost for streamlining operations, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering innovation within the foundation's operational ecosystem. Through the integration of extant applications and the development of targeted solutions, the EA design aspires to augment service delivery and propel the foundation towards its vision of attaining international benchmarks of educational excellence. The findings of this research carry significant ramifications for educational institutions grappling with the vicissitudes of digital transformation. The EA blueprint serves as a strategic compass for informing decision-making processes, facilitating resource allocation, and fostering synergistic collaboration across disparate functional domains. Furthermore, the study underscores the imperativeness of perpetual refinement and adaptability in the face of evolving technological paradigms, advocating for sustained inquiry and exploration across architecture domains such as Infrastructure and Migration Planning. In summation, this research contributes substantively to the scholarly discourse surrounding IT governance and digital transformation within educational milieus, furnishing invaluable insights and pragmatic recommendations for enhancing operational efficacy and realizing strategic imperatives in an increasingly digitalized landscape.
